Background
Black Tuscan originated from Tuscany, Italy. I acquired mine from Kausik (another fig collector in Australia).
Flavour profile
Really strong and rich berry flavour with a good level of acidity. Sometimes tastes like cherries.
Observations
Ripens earlier and more split resistant than Black Madeira.
