James' Figs is an Australian fig hobby collection. This website provides information about fig varieties, journal articles, and a seasonal presale for fig cuttings. By using this site you agree to these terms.

Cuttings are offered in one seasonal presale, announced and opened in late March each year. No orders are taken outside the presale. Cuttings are prepared and posted while the trees are dormant, between June and August.

Submitting an order through this site is an enquiry, not a purchase. I will reply with current stock and prices, and your order is only confirmed once you accept that quote.

Payment is by direct bank transfer within 3 business days of confirming your order, using your order number as the payment reference. Orders not paid within the payment window may be cancelled. This website never collects card or bank account details.

Cuttings are posted within Australia by Express Post for a flat postage fee. Due to state biosecurity regulations, I cannot post to Western Australia, Tasmania or the Northern Territory. It is your responsibility to ensure receiving plant material complies with your local regulations.

I will email you at least 3 days before posting your order so you can confirm your address and availability.

Cuttings are fresh, dormant wood taken from healthy trees and labelled by variety. As a natural product, successful rooting cannot be guaranteed — it depends on care, conditions and technique after delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 7 days and I will make it right with a replacement or refund.

You may withdraw an order enquiry at any time before confirming it. If you need to cancel after confirming or paying, contact me as soon as possible — orders that have not yet been posted can generally be refunded in full. Once an order has been posted it cannot be cancelled.

Variety descriptions, photos and journal articles are provided in good faith for general information. Growing results vary with climate and care. All content and photos on this site belong to James' Figs and may not be reproduced without permission.
