Background

An interesting variety which I discovered several years ago. Fruit appearance varies significantly on the same tree. I have harvested figs off it, ranging from a golden honey pulp, to a deep rich berry pulp.

Flavour profile

Ranging from Light honey to adriatic berry and also in between.

Observations

Often drips honey from the eye. Good rain resistance and very productive. Interesting leaf shape.
