Lebanese fig varieties

Then I discovered there are many more amazing varieties from all over the world. In saying this, I have built a pretty impressive collection of Lebanese varieties and am always looking to add more. If anyone has got or knows anyone who has a Lebanese fig, I am always interested to hear the story behind it and add it to my collection. I would like to preserve the heritage Lebanese fig vatieties to prevent them from otherwise being lost forever.
